At Teamified, we're looking for a Product Manager to lead our charge in transforming global education access. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in improving the quality and accessibility of education worldwide.

About the Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes, and helping shape our product roadmap. Your key responsibilities will include sprint & workflow management, quality control, roadmap & strategy, team & capacity management, cross-functional coordination, and analytics & reporting.

  • Sprint & Workflow Management: Organise, run, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints; ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes; collaborate with engineering and design to manage timelines and remove blockers.
  • Quality Control: Partner with the CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes; prioritise bugs and coordinate resolution with development.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategic goals into executable development plans; provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with capacity.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Oversee and support Teamified's Manila-based team; track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output; act as a communication bridge between the CEO and delivery teams.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; communicate status, risks, and progress.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators; provide reports to leadership; use data to inform planning and prioritisation decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications. These include experience in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors; deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows; ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership; experience working with remote teams; strong organisational and planning skills; initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.
  • Product & Workflow Management: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment.
