Your Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Work on technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involve strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your expertise in SAP and working with the latest technologies.
Required Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management.
  • Experience with internal and external Time Management integrations.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutions.
