Job Description:

We are seeking a talented IT Service Desk - Tier 2 Technician to join our team at Stark Asia Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure high levels of service and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a TSR or IT Service Desk technician
  • Prior experience with Service Now or Active Directory
  • IT Service Desk Level 2 support experience in a BPO setting
  • Willingsness to work on-site and adapt to shifting schedules
