Job Description

We are seeking a Client Application Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in resolving technical issues and inquiries from clients via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client inquiries through databases and explain solutions to resolve the issue.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquires and problems handled.
  • Operate personal computers, mainframes, software packages, and front-end programs related to client services.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Relevant Experience Required (Typically)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Previous Customer Service Experience

  • Skills/Knowledge: Acquire and apply job skills, learn company policies, and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
  • Job Complexity: Work on routine to semi-routine assignments, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, recognizing occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions, follows established procedures, requires instructions on all assignments, works under close supervision.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge
  • Research: Basic ability to research issues and resolve customer inquiries
