Auditor Role Description

Job Summary:

This position supports the Quality Control team by performing audits and verifying accuracy of dental revenue cycle management services. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or support roles with dental insurance and proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit various aspects of the dental revenue cycle management process, including insurance claims and billing practices.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of data within billing systems.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or support role with dental insurance.
  • Experience working as an independent contractor is preferred.
  • Familiarity with working with independent contractors on a global scale.
  • High School diploma or GED; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Google Workspace, and familiarity with practice management softwares (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.).
