Senior DevOps Engineer - Observability and Reliability Focus

We are seeking a Monitoring and Incident Specialist to ensure system uptime. Build world-class observability, lead incident response, and drive reliability across our platform.

This role involves taking ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems. You will design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

You will work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about keeping systems stable, proactive in detecting anomalies, and experienced in coordinating response during critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans
  • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools
  • Skilled in scripting for automation
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
