Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of medications using AI-driven tools.
  • Cross-check AI-identified medications against prescriptions.
  • Flag missing or duplicate tablets, debris, or incorrect packaging.
  • Highlight patients with missing data for re-processing.
  • Provide feedback on AI performance to improve accuracy.
Claims Review & Submission:
  • Review insurance claims before submission for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify patient eligibility for financial assistance programs.
  • Check all paperwork for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to streamline claims submission processes.
Data Integration & Onboarding:
  • Migrate data from external systems during new hospital and nursing home onboarding.
  • Validate and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with onboarding teams for seamless integration.
Order Processing & Customer Support:
  • Process monthly orders by reviewing orders and entering them into the dispensing system.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order confirmation and delivery times.
Qualifications:
  • Active pharmacist license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or clinical pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with insurance claims and medication therapy management.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacology and healthcare compliance.
  • Proficiency with technology and AI tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with medication packaging systems.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
