Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce administrator to spearhead our organization's Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce system to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyzing business requirements and developing tailored solutions on the Force.com platform.
  • Designing and implementing data dictionaries to enhance data integrity and consistency.
  • Creating application flowcharts and detailed technical documentation to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Defining technical specifications to align custom applications with business needs.
  • Leading Agile development teams in structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) settings.
  • Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Developing distributed integrations between Salesforce and proprietary enterprise applications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex, with a focus on advanced Apex skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex logical issues.
  • Familiarity with Platform Events is desirable, with a particular emphasis on Apex proficiency in this role.
