As a
Senior Salesforce Engineer,
you'll lead teams to deliver innovative Salesforce and AWS solutions, refine technical strategies, and guide engineers to achieve excellence while building scalable and secure systems.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid, Megatower (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5-7+ years
  delivering
  complex Salesforce solutions in agile environments
• Expert-level
  Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC), integration patterns
  (REST/SOAP, platform events), asynchronous processing, and Salesforce security model
• Experience with event-driven architectures
  (AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, Apache Kafka, etc.)
• Proven background in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks
• Deep understanding
  of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and multi-cloud integrations
• Track record of mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement across squads
• Hands-on experience with
  Salesforce CPQ or other revenue-generating clouds highly regarded
• Preferred:
  1+ year in a technical lead or staff engineer capacity
• Nice to have:
  Salesforce Architect or Platform Developer
  II certification, AWS certifications, or familiarity with
  Design Systems/Web Components

Your Daily Tasks

• Shape and execute the technical strategy for Salesforce and AWS integrations
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate in developing product strategies and OKRs through technical insights
• Oversee system health and engineering compliance within Salesforce architectures
• Facilitate operational excellence of solutions, ensuring accountability and responsiveness
• Promote engineering best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, TDD, and automation
• Align Salesforce development with REA standards and integration strategies
• Contribute to strategic business cases leveraging Salesforce and AWS capabilities
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Salesforce systems for cohesive service delivery
• Evaluate and respond to critical technical challenges and objectives
