Job Title: Sales Operations Manager for Real Estate

WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager for Real Estate to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sales operations, including documentation, credit and collection, sales account management, and other client-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client transactions from reservation to unit turnover.
  • Conduct quality assurance functions on purchased properties, from prior handling to buyers to actual turnover.
  • Handle client concerns from reservation to acceptance of purchased properties to turnover.
  • Maintain, control, and manage client data and information.
  • Manage accounts receivables (AR) and ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments and strategy teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison with banks and other institutions to ensure timely account processing.
Requirements:
  • Assistant Manager/Manager with at least five years' experience in Accounts Management/Sales Administration, preferably in real estate.
  • At least three years' experience in managing a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven effective leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and background in financials.
  • Able to work well under pressure and deliver required targets.
  • Hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with people.
