Revenue Accounting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accountant to join our team in ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition across our global operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ASC 606, solid accounting experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly revenue accounting close activities by preparing journal entries and performing key account reconciliations, including those related to revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled receivables.
  • Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, ensuring ASC 606 compliance.
  • Manage and maintain NetSuite ARM to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including data validation, reconciliations, and data flows.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive automation efforts to streamline revenue accounting operations and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or ACCA/CIMA qualification or progress toward certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in SaaS revenue accounting with a focus on ASC 606.
  • Proficiency with ERP and revenue tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, CPQ).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
