Job Description

A highly skilled Amazon Account Manager is needed to lead our client's private label operations on Amazon. This role requires expertise in Seller Central, FBA processes, and listing optimization.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations. They will also coordinate FBA shipments, track inventory, and resolve any issues that arise.

Responsibilities
  • Private Label Management: Oversee all aspects of private label products, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operations.
  • FBA Shipments & Logistics: Coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues with inventory, warehousing, and receiving centers.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to ensure accurate records and recover lost inventory when needed.
  • Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring timely resolutions and proper documentation.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring SEO best practices and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Content Writing: Write compelling and keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to increase visibility and conversion.
  • A+ Content Management: Publish enhanced brand content to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with private label on Amazon.
  • Experience in Walmart management.
  • Focused and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • High-speed internet connection.
