Performance Marketing Assistant

Job Description

You will provide support for paid media campaigns and contribute to optimizing performance within a collaborative marketing team.

The role involves setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, uploading creative assets, ad copy, and tracking changes. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance, as well as prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

Supporting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities is also a key responsibility. You will maintain trackers and campaign documentation, conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Assisting with testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding is also an important aspect of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
