Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the import booking process, ensuring seamless coordination with overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process import bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
  • Monitor shipment order tracking and provide status reports.
  • Handle job invoicing and process creditor invoices.
  • Arrange transport and cartage services.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working area by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end order processing activities.
  • Familiarity with Cargowise, ICS, and Excel software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
