Sprinkler/Plumbing Take-off Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in project estimation by accurately interpreting drawings, performing takeoffs, and preparing cost proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs.
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work.
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided Word and Excel templates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software for documentation and proposal preparation.
  • Hands-on experience with digital takeoff tools for accurate measurements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines.
