Job Description\

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless case management and exceptional client service.

You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to handle clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks, ensuring the preparation and filing of immigration-related applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain digital client files, adhering to organizational standards.\
  • Organize electronic document storage and ensure proper naming and maintenance of files.\
  • Remove duplicates and outdated templates from client files.\
  • Gather, organize, and verify client documents for case preparation.\
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide updates on their cases.\
  • Draft client communications, including approval and congratulatory letters.\
  • Prepare and complete government forms, questionnaires, and petitions related to immigration cases.\
  • Maintain and update client profiles in database systems.\
  • Record client communications and update case notes consistently.\
  • Submit requests for translation and educational evaluations.\
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to determine daily and weekly goals.\
  • Ensure all procedures adhere to current immigration law standards.\
  • Provide customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.\
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.\
  • Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.\

Required Skills and Qualifications
