Product Planning & Fulfillment Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Planning & Fulfillment professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and sales support.

This exciting position requires managing the integral supply chain to match demand and supply using the master planning system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Supply Chain Parameters (e.g., Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning system according to product life cycle.
  • Co-working with BU/BL Capacity planners on S&OP process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, process driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, and experience in customer handling and managing projects. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply, using the master planning system.
  2. Drive to set Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning system according to product life cycle.
  3. Co-work together with BU/BL Capacity planners on S&OP process.
  4. Review resource loading situation impacting S&OP.
  5. Be responsible for fulfilment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment.
  6. Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites fulfilling demand and loading policy. Monitor and control supply deviation.
  7. In case of allocation, follow allocation process and decision.
  8. In case of tight supply, co-work with BG/BL and Customer Service and Site for production priority to prevent customer line down.
  9. Support New Product Introduction.
  10. Returns Management: Support and arrange returns (quality, technical, logistics and commercial returns) according to relevant procedures.
  11. Regular review KPI and initiate improvement activities in case KPIs are below targets.
  12. Participate in projects.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Process driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in customer handling and in managing, leading, and participating in projects.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual and international teams.
  • Highly motivated with strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in English.
