Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City.

About the Role

This is a mid-shift position (11:00am to 8:00pm) that requires a minimum of 3 years of general human resource and administrative services experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment, compensation & benefits, including government-mandated benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer compensation & benefits programs, including payroll processing
  • Familiarity with travel management, purchasing, and occupational health & safety guidelines is a plus
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree or higher in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general human resource and administrative services
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn tech tools used by the company
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to requests
