Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales or travel account handling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the cruise industry and its operations
