The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing leadership, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and manage department heads across Graphic Design, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Project Management to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Develop and implement team goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
    • Promote regular cross-functional meetings to ensure efficient communication and workflow between teams.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies encompassing all marketing services (creative design, digital, events, and merchandising) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Elevate brand awareness and customer engagement through multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource allocation.
  • Creative & Multimedia Oversight:
    • Spearhead creative direction provided by Graphic Design and Video Production leaders, ensuring visual assets and multimedia content align with brand standards and expectations.
    • Maintain consistency across all design, video, and digital content, promoting a unified brand message and identity.
  • Digital Marketing & Community Engagement:
    • Supervise Digital Marketing and Community Management teams to drive effective online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
    • Oversee community engagement strategies, enhancing brand loyalty and customer interaction on social platforms and digital channels.
  • Visual Merchandising Strategy:
    • Guide the Visual Merchandising team in creating visually appealing in-store and online product displays aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
    • Elevate the customer experience through impactful visual merchandising strategies, driving sales and brand recognition.
  • Event Planning & Management:
    • Oversee event planning, coordination, and execution, including product launches, trade shows, webinars, and other brand-related events.
    • Elevate event experiences, ensuring they are engaging, memorable, and meet specific business and marketing goals.
  • Media Management & Relations:
    • Manage media planning, buying, and relations, securing media placements that increase brand visibility and reach.
    • Collaborate with the media team to track campaign effectiveness, optimizing exposure and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Collaborate closely with the project management team to monitor and track marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    • Support project management in prioritizing marketing initiatives, balancing resources, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Regularly evaluate marketing services performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Analyze and report on campaign results, media coverage, and community engagement, informing future marketing efforts and business decisions.
