Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  3. Drive outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals.
  5. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.
  6. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
