**Job Title:** Software Team Lead Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled software professional to lead our dynamic team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals.This is a technical leadership role responsible for mentoring and training others, as well as guiding design and architecture decisions. You will work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that's always pushing boundaries.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective collaboration and communication skills, and exposure to various technologies such as MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP/MySql, VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train other team members in software engineering best practices
  • Guide design and architecture decisions for software projects
  • Build amazing things using a variety of technologies
  • Participate in regular Scrum Ceremonies and contribute to team innovation and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • 5-10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, effective collaboration & communication skills
  • Exposure to various technologies such as MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP/MySql, VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
