Cloud-Native Architectural Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using cloud-native architecture.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, microservice architecture, and Microsoft Azure Cloud. They should also be proficient in software design patterns, code refactoring, and writing maintainable, high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native applications using .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement high-quality code.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices across the board.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Work within an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and rapid iteration cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing applications using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Working within a microservice architecture.
  • Developing on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Using event-streaming technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs, Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of relational database methodologies and experience with SQL Server.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in software design patterns, code refactoring, and writing maintainable, high-quality code.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic Search, DataDog, and Grafana.
