We are seeking a talented Software Developer with hands-on experience in ERP systems to join our growing development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating ERP applications to support business operations across multiple departments including Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Create and maintain integrations between the ERP system and other business applications (via APIs/web services).
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging ERP functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP-related technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other developers to deliver robust ERP solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, including code, workflows, and user guides.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, data migrations, and testing activities.
  • Ensure ERP security, role management, and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle DB).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with ERP concepts: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, and HR modules.
  • Experience in ERP integrations with third-party tools, APIs, or middleware.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with ERP customization frameworks (ABAP for SAP, X++ for Dynamics, Odoo framework, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar).
  • ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Odoo) is a plus.
