  1. Provide complex technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  2. Escalate customer issues as necessary and ensure fixes and solutions are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  3. Contribute to identifying product improvement opportunities aimed at reducing support costs and enhancing client satisfaction
  4. Participate in problem and knowledge management activities for our products
  5. Engage in on-call rotation to provide support for critical issues

**Requirements**

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with supporting complex and bespoke software solutions
  • Experience using ITSM tools and familiarity of ITIL processes
  • Strong understanding of both on-prem technical landscapes and cloud-based technologies; Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and Windows
  • Able to read, follow, and understand programming languages (PowerShell, Python, T-SQL etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Programming knowledge
  • Technical qualifications such as Azure certifications and ITIL
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
