  • Providing technical support and training to CTM Operators & Users.
  • Onsite maintenance, repairs, and installations of ATMs at various locations nationwide.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with ATMs in the field.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade ATM hardware and software components during onsite visits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct preventive maintenance checks on ATM systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  2. Conducting reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy in ATM cash levels and transactions.
  3. Respond promptly to service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related courses &/or technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an ATM Technician or similar role with a focus on onsite field and support activities, cash reconciliation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking concepts, with proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
