Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Utilize ticketing systems to log and track customer interactions and issues.
  3. Diagnose and resolve software-related problems using product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and etiquette standards when interacting with customers.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance product and customer experience based on customer feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or related field.
  2. Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or JIRA is a plus.
