Job Description

As a customer-facing professional, you will lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients during the first 60 to 90 days. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless software adoption and training to drive client success.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, and have the ability to manage multiple pieces and stakeholders to help a customer go live. You must be entrepreneurial, hungry, passionate, and tech-savvy with a long-term interest in growing with a high-growth company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients.
  • Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts.
  • Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and empathetic to customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup experience.
