Implementation Specialist Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist is at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process from purchase order to account activation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and informative support, guidance, and training to new clients during setup
  • Perform proactive outreach via phone, email, and text to clients in need of assistance
  • Consistently follow up with clients experiencing roadblocks and resolve issues promptly
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster strong relationships with new clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Ylopo's services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in support, training, or customer service roles
  • A professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An understanding of real estate and its associated practices
  • Excellent phone communication skills

This role demands strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently towards deadlines. The ideal candidate will be patient, positive, and thoughtful, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Implementation Specialist must possess a unique blend of technical expertise and soft skills, enabling them to effectively guide clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to ensure their long-term success.
