Job Opportunity: Product Lifecycle Expert

We are seeking a hands-on leader to own our catalog from end to end, including product strategy, supplier management, technical support, and purchasing.

The Role: Product Manager Leader

  • Owning the full lifecycle of products, from sourcing and technical setup through launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking.
  • Collaborating across teams, working with manufacturers, launching new products, and ensuring we're always prepared to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the internal expert on all product-related questions.
  • Supporting technical scoping and assisting on large or complex RFQs.
  • Training internal teams and providing tools that make it easier to sell and support what we offer.
  • Building and maintaining spec sheets, documentation, and internal product resources.

Catalog Management:

  • Ensuring accuracy and documentation across our product listings.
  • Maintaining performance, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Identifying gaps and leading the addition of new products, working directly with suppliers to source OEM or private label items.
  • Forecasting demand and ensuring inventory levels meet business needs.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Reviewing and managing CAD files, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensuring product specs, listings, and supporting documents are always up to date and easy to understand.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Comfortable speaking with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
