Strategic Solutions Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a remote-first role based in APJ, with potential for limited international travel.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud platforms. They will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure solutions that meet client needs. A key part of this role will involve partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic business and technical guidance to clients on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure effective product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
  • Strong experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Ability to engage with clients and lead technical discussions.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is desirable.
