Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to clients in the home services industry.

Your primary duties will include answering inquiries, booking appointments, and taking detailed call summary notes. You will also be required to transmit call notes to clients with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong organizational abilities. Previous BPO experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes and transmit them to clients accurately.
Requirements
  • Technical Requirements:
  • High-speed internet connection (at least 40 Mbps)
  • Computer with Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM
  • Backup power source

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
