About the JobThe Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for expanding our business beyond the laboratory and driving growth in designated territories and assigned projects. This field-based role offers the opportunity to work on special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and pursue business opportunities within designated territories and assigned projects.
- Drive business expansion and refine strategies to diversify customer bases and achieve sales targets.
- Build credibility with customers and partners by demonstrating business insight, professional expertise, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with team and cross-functional groups to build exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure timely implementation and execution of all business activities, which align with company policies and SOPs and follow highest compliance standard.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build deep understanding of each customer account – its structure, organizational dynamics, influential partners inside and outside the account, and their priorities, decision-makers, and product preferences.
- Ensure statistical information such as census and pricing is provided to finance accordingly before final proposal.
- Present and sell products to key decision-makers and partners by analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions where applicable.
