Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage an offshore analytical team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Effectively allocate resources, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines to ensure timely delivery of accurate analyses and reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
This role requires a passion for analytics, experience in managing distributed teams, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.
