Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business intelligence and analytics initiatives, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes, including pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and performance indicators, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.

Analytics & Insight Generation:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights, utilizing various tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to develop trusted reporting and analytics solutions, enhancing business outcomes.
  • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Data Validation & Metric Governance:

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics, maintaining data quality standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of KPI documentation, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
  • Contribute to a centralized repository of business metrics, facilitating metric alignment and governance.

Enablement & Storytelling:

  • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews, showcasing the impact of data-driven decision making.
  • Help build a data-driven culture by empowering teams to ask better questions and explore answers using data analytics tools.
  • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools, promoting user adoption and expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
