TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a skilled Sales Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our Sales Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the needs of our Sales Agents.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to ensure Sales Agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO Telco Sales account training.
- College degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
