Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Senior Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about digital media and want to make a real impact.

As a Digital Media Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and account managers. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt and efficient service to customers and account managers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Demonstrating excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with a strong academic record
  • Two to six years of solid customer support/troubleshooting experience using online advertising/analytics products or hardware troubleshooting products
