External Audit Leadership Opportunity

This role will provide you with the opportunity to deliver a range of Assurance services and business advice to clients from small, fast-growing businesses to large entities. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements in accordance with auditing and accounting standards.
  • Represent the firm to staff and clients.
  • Develop audit proposals that meet client requirements and established audit standards.
  • Manage and control the execution of the audit engagement.
  • Review working papers for each client to identify accounting problems/audit issues and ensure work is in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles.
  • Train staff under their supervision.
  • Evaluate and review staff performance and discuss areas for improvement with them.
  • Interview job applicants and recommend hiring staff.
  • May be assigned to conduct administrative tasks such as Learning & Development, Risk Management.
  • Meet assigned revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
  • Current or previous experience as a Manager rendering external audit services to local and multinational companies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in rendering external audit services to local and multinational companies.
