Job Overview

The E-commerce Coordinator Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the executive office and e-commerce store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate logistics effectively.
  • Monitor inboxes and provide prompt assistance with communications and follow-ups.
  • Prepare detailed meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content, including headers and collections, to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes to enhance user experience.
  • Utilize Shopify's admin dashboard to create or modify pages and collections efficiently.
  • Perform quality assurance checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes to identify potential issues.
  • Test customer journeys, such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails, to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Identify and promptly escalate bugs or UX/UI issues for timely resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, designers, and marketing partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track open projects, requests, and deadlines using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion to maintain organization and productivity.
  • Document and communicate requirements and QA feedback clearly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor store performance and flag irregularities to ensure timely intervention.
  • Assist with pulling performance reports and customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and improve internal workflows to increase efficiency.
