Job Description

This role involves utilizing AI tools such as Replit, Zapier, and Airtable to automate tasks and improve business efficiency. You will be responsible for building and maintaining systems to monitor real estate updates across the US, filtering and highlighting important information. Additionally, you will compute data using LLMs and send out weekly newsletters.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical background with proficiency in Python and experience with AI tools.
  • Ability to configure technical systems, such as setting up an AWS development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and persistence.
  • Self-sufficiency and the ability to work with minimal supervision, meeting once daily for updates.
