BPO Contact Center Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our BPO contact center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing supervisors, as well as overseeing quality, production, and hours.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage sales supervisors and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, production, and hours to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a contact center environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
