Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist

This role is responsible for serving as the primary system administrator, ensuring seamless spec and BOM creation for a diverse product portfolio across various channels.

You will act as the gatekeeper of item data, facilitating efficient handoffs between teams in Asia and NA. Based remotely, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold global data standards and ensure clean, accurate records.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Parent-level specs, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system; track revisions with full versioning logic across NPD, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
  • Audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries; support seasonal update cycles, spec finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
