Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough observations of machinery and staff practices to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures.
  • Perform regular inventory and stock checks, and place orders for required materials and equipment.
  • Collect and analyze data for written reports to inform management decisions.
  • Attend daily meetings and schedule training workshops as needed to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest procedures and best practices.
  • SOURCE replacement parts and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and minimize downtime.
  • Implement contingency measures to control downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure all procedures and processes adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with the training of new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
