We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and supporting production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features.

  • Solana Contract Development: Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
  • Smart Account Architecture: Build and iterate on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Systems Design: Work closely with product, finance, and ops teams to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
  • Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
  • Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintains a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review.
