Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Servicenow Architect to join our team at SPi Global (now Straive). The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience with ServiceNow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and develop technical specifications for ServiceNow applications.
  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, workflows, and configuration elements.
  • Provide timely support to end-users and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues.
  • Contribute to documentation of technical designs, development processes, and user guides.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience or similar role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience designing and implementing ITSM solutions.
  • Proven ITSM certification is a plus (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow related, CompTIA A++)
  • Experience in using Washington releases and recent versions of Servicenow.
