As aServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring best practices and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and new implementations.
    • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
    • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow.
  • Design & Development
    • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and customizations using best practices.
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other relevant applications.
    • Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components.
  • Implementation & Testing
    • Implement new ServiceNow modules and functionalities, ensuring proper testing, training, and documentation.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow performance and functionality issues.
  • Maintenance & Support
    • Provide ongoing support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident and problem management.
    • Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
    • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
  • Integration & Automation
    • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems such as SAP and Azure.
    • Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline IT processes.
  • Documentation & Training
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and user manuals.
    • Provide training and support to ServiceNow users.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure efficient ServiceNow solutions.
    • Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Hybrid setup – Work from home and onsite atMakati, Philippines.
  • Mid-shift schedule to align with global operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding ofServiceNow architecture, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience withServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or other relevant modules.
  • Proficiency inJavaScript, AngularJS, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience withREST APIs and web services integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience withITIL framework.
  • Background inmanufacturing environments.
  • Experience withAgile development methodologies.
