Key Accountabilities

This Marketing Portfolio Specialist role involves developing and executing a marketing plan that drives revenue and profit growth for Mondelēz International's snacking portfolio in Southeast Asia.

You will lead cross-functional teams to implement a portfolio strategy aligned with our brand vision, driving sustainable growth and supporting profit and loss management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning.
  • Manage business objectives beyond brand and budget.
  • Lead and influence teams to achieve results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A willingness to work in markets with diverse economic environments.
