Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation professional to lead our marketing automation initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, executing and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.

This individual will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing automation campaigns
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud)
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing and customer journey mapping
