Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle customer interactions and resolve outstanding accounts. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating with customers to collect outstanding balances while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary point of contact for all collection matters and strive to resolve overdue accounts in an efficient and effective manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Collections experience: 3-5+ years of experience in collections, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Sales knowledge: Background in sales is an asset.
  • Cross-functionality: Ability to use multiple applications and monitors simultaneously to manage account workflows efficiently.
  • Customer service skills: Strong active listening skills and ability to convey information clearly.
  • Career maturity: Confident and professional demeanor when addressing sensitive topics.
