We are seeking an Operations Manager IT Services to join our team at UpRush Social Geekers. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of our IT services, ensuring high-quality execution and exceeding customer expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented processes.
Service Quality
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality delivery of IT services.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and develop customized solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements for this role include:

Education and Experience
  • A graduate degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented projects.
